II. Users’ personal data
- Personal data means information about an identified or identifiable natural person. Processing of personal data is basically any operation performed on personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, storage, recording, organization, modification, review, use, disclosure, restriction, deletion, or destruction.
- The User provides personal data to the Controller by using forms available within the Service, i.e. during account registration and newsletter signup. The scope of collected data includes username, password, and e-mail address. III. Server logs
Using the Service involves sending requests to the server on which the Service is hosted. Such requests are stored in server logs (including, among others, the User’s IP address and the server date and time). This data is not associated with specific persons using the Service and is not used by the Controller to identify the User.
IV. For what purposes users’ data is processed
User data is processed solely for the purposes for which it was collected, namely:
- For purposes necessary for the User to use the Service. The legal basis for processing personal data for this purpose is the performance of the User’s rights arising from joining the Service (legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
- For the purposes of the Controller’s legitimate interests (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), in particular for archiving, creating backups, ensuring the security of data stored in the Service, and establishing, pursuing, or defending potential legal claims.
- For sending commercial information by the Controller to the User at the e-mail address provided by the User - the legal basis for such processing is the User’s consent (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
V. Retention period of users’ data
The Controller will process User data for the following periods:
- For the duration of the User’s account in the Service. Data of a User whose account has been deleted may still be processed in a backup copy until that backup is updated.

- Where the User has consented to receiving commercial information electronically - until such consent is withdrawn.
VI. Disclosure of users’ personal data
- Access to users’ personal data is granted to the Controller or persons authorized by the Controller.
- Users’ personal data to the extent including the username is also visible to other users of the Service.
- The Controller may disclose users’ data to entities authorized to receive it under the law, including public authorities, for purposes connected with proceedings conducted by such authorities (e.g. police, prosecution services, courts), as well as for the purpose of defending against claims or pursuing legal claims by the Controller.
- The Controller may transfer users’ data to entities processing data on behalf of the Controller (e.g. hosting service providers such as webh.pl, ul. Such entities process data only as subcontractors and only in accordance with the Controller’s instructions.

- The right to object to processing where the processing is based on the Controller’s legitimate interest.

VIII. Security of users’ personal data
The Controller declares that users’ personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR. In particular, the Controller declares that the necessary technical and organizational measures have been implemented to properly secure users’ personal data.
